This Responsible Use Policy(“RUP”) sets forth the rules governing the use of Squarecomm’s services, devices, and networks. It applies to all Squarecomm plans and is an integral part of your agreement with Squarecomm, LLC and its affiliates (“Squarecomm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Squarecomm provides wireless voice and data services (“Squarecomm Plans”). We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce restrictions in cases where use is deemed excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with typical consumer behavior. Your use of voice and data must reflect standard consumer usage patterns:
Voice: Must be used for typical person-to-person conversations.
Data: Intended for personal web browsing, messaging, and similar functions.
Any use that violates this AUP may result in reduced speeds, plan modification, or termination.
For plans that include international calling, usage is limited to 20 unique international numbers per 30-day period. This limit resets with each new service term or earlier if a new plan is purchased. Refer to the Squarecomm website for specific international service details.
Your service may be terminated, suspended, or altered if Squarecomm, in its sole discretion, determines that you are engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

If you suspect your service or device has been compromised, you must notify Squarecomm in writing immediately. Until we receive notice, you remain responsible for all usage, including unauthorized or fraudulent use.
